More help,
more hope
Your people are your greatest investment. If your employees are struggling outside of work, they’re also struggling at work. Together, we can help you help them.
You care deeply about your employees.
There’s no shortage of mental health resources, but stigma, shame, and unapproachable content prevent employees from getting the help they need, widening the gap to these resources. At One Morning, we bridge that gap by connecting employees to support they often don't realize is available.

THE REALITY
Mental health doesn't discriminate between life and work.
Everybody is dealing with something—life on life's terms can be lonely, drive fear, and can paralyze us. Within the walls of most organizations, calls for help hide behind a smile. Mental health conditions and substance use disorders are biological brain disorders, not issues of willpower, character, or intelligence. Hope is what we can do.

The direct costs of mental health and substance use.
Mental health and substance use challenges impact performance, morale, and retention, costing employers, families and communities far more than just dollars. Our people are worth more than numbers—when we invest in them, they invest in us.
